Shields

In X3, every ship has a reactor that is measured in kW. The Argon Nova has a reactor of 750kW allowing it to recharge 3 x 25MJ at maximum speed. A 25MJ shield needs 250kW of energy to recharge it in the set time (1.7mins). If shield gets half the amount of energy, it will take twice has long to recharge (1.7min x 2).
