New interactive universe map

During the pass week or so, ive been working flash replacement to the old universe map. The new flash version loads more/less from same files as X3AP uses (so should be easier to update), smaller in kb, and all the gates are worked out by it.

The new flash version is also interactive, allowing you to move it around and zoom in and out with the mouse wheel. This map can be rolled out on the other sites after im finished update the site to X3AP v2.0. If you think its much better than the old image version.
