RA3 not launching?

Today I decided to reinstall a bunch of CNC games again, but i've run into problems. At first, none of the ones i have installed now wanted to launch. If i clicked them, i was just stuck on the "Preparing game" splash for minutes at a time. I cleared the EA App cache which i don't know if it was what helped but one by one i managed to open Generals, Tiberian Sun and Renegade.

But for whatever reason, RA3 is just not launching. I have restarted my PC a few times, cleared the cache as mentioned, tried launching the RA3Launcher.exe as admin, but still no game for me.

I have the game in the EA App, but I got it before the Ultimate Collection, so it's not part of that.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
