Okay, hear me out.

Let's suppose I need a friend for an achievement in an online pvp game, but I have none.

Also didn't find anyone to help me for months.

Would buying the game on another account, and using that account in a virtual machine to play with myself... be possible? I wonder if steam will dislike it for X or Y reasons, so I want to ask first before I risk getting banned...
