With the addition of engineering CIG needs to make having 7 in one ship better then just have 7 ships. To start buffing Turrets absolutely needs to happen as soon as possible or engineering won't change anything and most people will still run solo fighters or solo medium ships 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254
