Help with Zues Cl tractor beam...

So I don't know if it's me or what but I can't get the tractor beam to move things smoothly. I get wild swings all over the place and have no real control. I'm using a mouse and have adjusted setting but can't get this thing to settle down. It's literally making me sea sick. router login

Also is there a way to toggle the snap to sickness.
