X4 map scrolling

Sometimes when I'm trying to view a sector at the extreme right edge or the bottom edge of the map, I can't scroll far enough to see the sector information.
Also when this happens, the popup sometimes covers the sector. But part of the popup itself is off the edge of the frame.

Thanks for the awesome map! I'm not complaining, just trying to help you get the bugs worked out and make it better.
