Picture upload for blogs

You can now upload your own images for your own blog posts. This saves members from having to upload their images to other sites. I have placed a few rules on the images: 600 x 350 or smaller, must be under 64k and of jpg file format. I hope this function is useful. I know a picture can make a big difference.
