Big upgrades to x3tc site

During the past couple of days ive been working on exporting all the products sold at each shipyard, trading station, equipment dock and pirate base. The process went through a couple of rebuilds until its final version. This information was complied via a script, some sql's and some php coding on-top of a v3.1 game.

This extra information in the database should allow you to find where stations, ships, wares and which docks sell what through the whole of the X3TC-Universe.

So now if you want to know where you can buy a Solar station, or a Split Tiger - just use the new feature check shipyards (on the ships/station pages) or simply click on a dock/shipyard/eq/pirate base in our sector maps for more information.

I also need to thank Lelouch for his help with updating the ship stats to v3.1. He made a small program to list the changes between 2.0a (the last import of the ship stats) to v3.1. This make it much easier for me to update the ship stats to v3.1. So a basic summary of upgrades:

- Ship stats now up-to-date with v3.1
- New check shipyard feature on ships/station pages,
- Ability to click on a dock (on the sector maps) for more information,
- Ware pages now list where upgrades are sold (capped to 16 results),
