How can I transfer Pandora Tunings to another ship?

When you have Pandora tunings on the playership there will be a menu bar on the Main Menu called "Pandora Tuning Ejector". The ejector will then eject tunings; crates of ten at a time. Repeated use of the menu bar will eject more crates, until there are no more Pandora tunings left on the playership.

You can then collect the crates with any ship that you like. That is how you "transfer" tunings.

How do I use the Slipstream Drive?

1) Find a Slipstream Drive. They may appear on an abandoned wreck, or at random Pirate Bases and Deadly Equipment Docks.
2) Set the hotkey.
3) Use the hotkey.
3 alt) Target a station, then use the hotkey. Slipstream to a station should auto-dock with the station, if you have a Docking Computer installed.

Notes:
- Slipstream only goes in a straight line.
- It is not intended for combat. Slipstream taxes your shields and weapon energy.
- It takes time to accelerate AND decelerate, so plan your travel.
- Collisions will knock you off course. Possibly far off course.
- No weapons or shields while in slipstream.
- Using the slipstream drive in an area with a nebulae (fog/gas) will result in a flickering strobe like effect as the fog rapidly passes your ship. This may cause issues for people with epilepsy.

How do I use Jumpdrive Mk2?

Set the hotkey to Shift-J to replace vanilla jump behavior.

Eventually, we will prevent vanilla jumping so that Jumpdrive Mk2 can be more "interesting".

How do I read my Fight Rank?

- While in space, press P,P. You will see something like this:




The "insignia" is supposed to look like your sleeve. Three bars and a star. You can ignore it.

The "Lieutenant Commander" is just a name.

The important parts are the (18), which is your rank. And the 26%, which is the percentage of the way to the next rank.

How do I set up Scorp Map?

(The wiki map runs off of waretemplate, but we use scripts to populate stations in many sectors. The wiki map will not pick those up.)

Support for Scorp Map is built into the Main Menu.
You can install Scorp Map.
Then export your Scorp Map log file from the main menu.
Then, in Scorp Map, press F2 and point to your log file.
