Claiming large ships

To claim ships bigger than M3 class, you will need the Salvage Claim Software available from Pirate BBS.

The Salvage Claim Software can cost anywhere from 1 to 2 Million credits to buy, so take enough credits.

Once you have bought the Salvage Claim Software, you can active via the ship order menu. Select piracy, claim ship then select the ship you wish to claim. The Salvage Claim Software will not work on owned ships.
