Katana (M)

The Katana is a fighter first deployed during the Terran Conflict. Once the cutting-edge of Terran engineering it is now technically average. About two decades ago the then newly launched Cantera Operation acquired a small fleet of used Katanas for security patrols after survey ships reported possible sightings of distant Argon ships in DeVries. The Republic of Canteras Katana fleet is considered their greatest defensive asset and remains well maintained.
