How often do you use the THREAT room?

I just unlocked the threat room and am a little mind flooded. Each run takes at least 5-10 minutes and can be done by EACH HERO EVERY DAY? Does this add an extra 2 hours to each day/night cycle? Or am i being too much of a min/maxer and shouldn’t actually worry about it?

Also, is there any way to save decks for this? If i bring Strange in there with his support deck, he is going to get creamed. I don’t want to change out his whole deck every day.
