Hiya, I'm The Mighty Kepler. You guys can call me Kepler.

I wondered this matter since last year. 'What happens if station accepts player's help sign?'

I know the station is NOT ALWAYS deny my help sign. BUTT, no RRF or Friendly Fighters shits appeared even I waited about ten minutes. WTH? I'm so coufused now.

Are they really coming to help me? or the responding is just a simple lying?
