Plutarch shares ever going up?

I've bought many Plutarch shares some time ago, but after finishing 2 plots I still find them staying on the lowest price point. Since my discovery of Duke's HQ, their shares stay on the lowest price aswell. Am I just unlucky and is it still purely random, that they're low for such a long time? Or can I somehow affect it, by perhaps doing missions for PMC? I get that it probably has something to do with their reputation, but will it stay like that forever or is there any chance of it turning back up?

I heard that corporation shares are based on their cummulative property value, but I have no idea how could I help them get up, other than by not shooting their ships at least...

EDIT: It finally started climbing up, so I guess it's only a matter of time
EDIT: Nope it's back on the lowest price and not moving again. So does anyone even invest into these 2 corps?

Honestly I don't invest into corps. The profit is so small compared to a basic trade network that it isn't worth the hassle.
