I plan to use it as a Mobile command/ resupply base for bombers and m6's, after loading it up with solely ssc's.

The hanger of the Kyoto can hold any 6 of the folowing ship type:TSs, TPs, TMs, M8s and M6s.Because the shields of the Kyoto are very impressive! Phenomenal! I plan on using it for an emergeny vessel, when my bombers are needed.

That is a nice hanger - I just though it was the standard fighter docking points. very nice to be able to land M6's on it... Ill have to borrow one from the Terran's

Plus more 20 in Kioto it makes 140 narines.
That's how I got my "Rebbot" achievement. of corse with a Split Cobra doing the dirty job.

Personally I was thinking of just 2 or 3 Scabbards, a TM with docked fighters for Jump Drives and a TS for miscellaneous stuff.

If memory serves, the new Phantom TP can hold 40 marines, so potentially you can have 40 x 6 + 20 = 260 marines.
Personally I would have the following set up:
1 x Auster M8 loaded to the hilt with Tomahawks
2 x Mistral Superfreighter TS loaded with energy cells
1 x Ocelot TP for taxi missions
1 x Hyperion M6 for freight transport missions and as a fighter chaser in hold position missions
1 x TM to hold fighters with jump drives
That should have me covered for the missions I want to do.
Now all I need to do is cap the Hyperion and Kyoto
Just need to cap more Ryu's in Yaki sectors to train up some bad@$$ marines.

Yes you would. I just have my 20 marines in my Cobra and about 60 training all the time.
The maximum I will ever put on a ship is 21, I will need to get a Sirokos and it will only happen once I get my 21 bad@$$ marines with 5 stars in fighting that I will use to cap terran ships and the Q.
