I would like a guide on this, since i still didnt finished Shady Business for what i hear, this plot will let you end the war or smth like that, but how to start it O.o?

Breaking Grounds is started at some point from the Corporation Troubles plot. Basically you have to bid on this auction for company shares, the auction lot contains an item which lets you start Breaking Grounds. This is separate from the Shady Business plot.

So in a nutshell, to get breaking grounds, keep doing the corporation plot. I don't understand why he can contact you anywhere in the universe for help, but you have to go near his station for you to tell him what to choose. 1 way communication fail!
