How could I get CLS software with Terran Start?

Hi everyone,
I started as a Terran Commander and have -5 reputation with Argons. They just attack me on sight.
The only problem is that I want to get CLS software, as it's the only reasonable way of administering the internal logistics. Anyway, the only stations I saw that have the software are Argon.
Even after "buying" good terms with a station (it's now blue) for a cost of 6M CR they still don't let me land! Not even another ship of mine (not the player ship) in autopilot.
Is there any way of getting CLS before the Shady Business plot?
Capping argon ships looks too tedious and I don't even know if there is even one NPC ship that carries CLS! (Remember it's from a bonus pack)

You're right, NPC ships will never spawn with CLS extensions. You can get them from the Paranid however. The 'Communications Facility' or similar named station in Priest's Pity sells CLS 1 & 2 software.
