I asked this last year when I first got my deck, but now that I have the dock, I really want to put windows on my deck.

Has anyone done this? Pros/Cons? Is it better or worse than keeping steamOS?

Installing Windows on a Steam Deck is technically possible, but it is important to note that the device is primarily designed to run SteamOS, a Linux-based operating system optimized for gaming. I'm looking for help writing my research paper online, and in the process, I found the website https://customwriting.com/buy-research-paper I truly appreciate the work that will be done by this website, which helps me with the various research papers. If you need help with your research paper as well, you can buy it easily.

Well ive been running Windows 11 myself for awhile, and dont have any problems with it. It had problems at the start, but MS have fixed most of them now.
Although w11 isnt a big upgrade over w10 (to be honest), its mostly an UI update but does have some nice features - tabs in explorer etc. nothing you cant live without over 10.
I cant compare to steamOS, but normally say windows will use more resources.
