This is the first time I’ve been prompted and I don’t recall even accepting the two factor. I tried getting on the app but it doesn’t prompt me with anything and when I hit the shield icon it asks to scan the qr 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 . If I try to do a code it just keeps saying something went wrong. I tried disabling the two factor through the app like 20 times now. Any recommendations?
