Do not have horzions, and have been looking for the cobra mk4. I have the viper mk4. Have checked several shipyards that are suosed to have the cobra4 . Is that ship horzions only?

Sorta. You have to have both Elite: Dangerous and Elite Dangerous: Horizons. Apparently it is possible to just buy Horizons without the base game.

I figured that. Looking for another ship got a type 6 cobra 3 snd a adder parked at end of trade run gor thoses hops to prt area when no need for type 6

Yeah, its supposed to be some comfort for those have brought the original game, then the addon. At first, I thought the ship would be available to all, just given free to those with the add-on. It was later re-worded to suggest otherwise. Its kind-of strange they locked it for some; as its not all that special. I might of understood locking the Imperial Cutter or Federal Corvette. Its a bit of a strange decision by FD.
