has anyone ever followed this person?; and do i need a fsl wake scanner to follow them/ if you did follow what happened?

I have never folowed them either, was always told not to go with strangers.....but I believe he will give you a mission assassination or something similar.

You can just target their low wake and treat it just like landing in a signal source.

They talk to you. They will send a message for you to look at to accept or trash.
