How often are ship builds cleaned up?

Have come across numerous issues with builds. Is the database ever cleaned? Example, pulled up a T-9 build only to note that the configuration exceeded the power limit, 26.23mW vice 25.2 for the rated PP.

I moved to India from Kuwait around 2 years ago. Pretty good, same salary but better standard of living as a software engineer

i probably won't stay for more than a couple more years tho, society isn't maturing as fact as payscales. people are still kinda weird and antagonistic if you don't fit into the mold they expect.
