Noob here. Once I get to the planet for my transaction mission, how do I find the person to do the transaction with? On my first attempt, I was dropped off at a station and ran around outside looking for the contact. Tried to enter a building and was brought down and arrested.

have you tried logging into a terminal and searching for the mission target?
