I know everyone is so tired of hearing about this bug. I know it affects powerplay but I've had two odd and frustrating interactions with pirates.

Both in Algol, mining plat on private with a friend. I drop in and first things on comms is "get away, scum!" And I'm immediately taking damage. Got away, re logged and dropped in a 2nd time. Everything is fine, pirates spawn, see I have nothing, move on, and I start my run https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/ .

A while later I re logged mid mining trip and it spawned another pirate. Oops, that's on me, I'm kind of new to mining but that makes sense it would happen. He demands 20t, I jettison it. He says he wants more. Okay here's another 5 for your trouble. He asks for more?? Now I'm down 1/3 my load and decide I'll leave him in the dust while he picks up what I've already dropped.
