Laser mining: T10 v Cutter?

I have been stockpiling credits and mats to buy and fully engineer a large laser miner and I'm torn between the Cutter en the T10.

I'd like to hear your thoughts regarding pros and cons of each or which you personally prefer and why. I have done a ton of RES combat in a T10 and love it, but have not done much flying in the Cutter yet Speed Test https://vidmate.bid/ .

I will be mining from a carrier and will primarily avoid RES (i.e. unarmed build).
