Hi everyone, recently I saw that the new Chaosium system Rivers of London just released. Now I'm looking for some insight how it differs from Call of Cthulhu or Runequest (both I'm familiar with) https://tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.cool/ .

What does the new system better, what does it worse, what are some key differences, and for what kind of player-GM-dynamic is it worth picking the new system?
