I love horror games but not ones where you are passive. By which I mean unable to fight back. I loved Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 7 because you can shoot the things trying to kill you. I did not love Outlast or Outlast 2. I also loved Soma, but that was for the story not the scares.
