Just looked over my computer. My hardrive is 136GB. I have 60GBs free. I want to know where the 76GBs has gone. This is what I know so far;

Windows Vista: Approx 15GB
All games I have: 15.4GB
Images I made for various people/websites: 1.7GB
Packard Bell (make of cpu) stuff: 5GB

That is 37.1GB! There is still another 38.9GB roaming around. This is after de-frag and disk clean up.

I know all the other cpu files will take up some spcae but I can't see that being more than 5 more GBs and most of the 'running' files would be included with windows vista.

*EDIT* I edited the post as I found an extra 5GB to take off Smile

Any ideas?

hmmm.. well good idea to check:

- Windows/temp
- My Documents,
- ProgramData (Hidden on the windows drive),
- Internet history/cache?

Some of them might help,

I don't know if Windows Vsita provides the disk cleanup feature, if it does then give it a try.

Actually I have the same problem with one of my disks it's 19.5GB and on 10.1GB are used but it shows that I only have 6.28GB as free space, so where did more than 4GB go, well that's the question... But I recently did clean the disk and restored 1.2GB

I have done all the disk clean up and that. (got 3.5GBs)

This is my progress in finding it all ...

OS(C:) 73.5GB free of 136GB
Used: 62.3GB

Used from what I know.... 37.1GB (give or take 5GB)

Unknown: 25.2GB

I am getting there. :/
