Hi,
I think the sustained and burst dps of the tel s muon charger mk2 in the weapons list do not match with its details at weapon_tel_s_charge_01_mk2_macro.

hi there,

thanks for letting me know. I have looked into this awhile back, and when I adjusted the formulas things went wrong for all the weapons. I did get the reply from Egosoft saying the formula was (Sustained DPS calculations);

"We calculate using the total time to cool down the weapon entirely. Roguey is calculating using the time to cool down to fire one shot.
142.62443776486660912319158384164 = 156 * 65.359477124183006535947712418301 / (65.359477124183006535947712418301 + 6.13)"

It does appear this isnt 100%. I can take a look at it, but im feeling ill need to contact ego on this one (hopefully they will help). Egosoft made these forumlas way too complex! There may even be some rounding - take a look at them decimal points!

Hi Roguey,
Thanks for looking into this. The difference is huge.
Sustained dps 358.5 compared to 1117.1 on the weapons list page.

hi there,

well taking a look at it, it appears the weapon section wasnt adding bullet->chargetime into the calculation. Hence why the numbers were appearing much higher than expected. I also fixed a divide by zero for the Astrid Primary Weapon. Hopefully thats all better Beer
