Just finished this game after it came to PS+ and holy shit, it was miles better than the first one.

The story, acting, and art were all sublime. Amicia's voice actress should win an award. When she starts screaming bloody vengeance at the soldiers near the beginning, I was so hyped to murder them lmao.

It's not flawless, with facial animations being the weakest point. Not sure what happened there. Some pacing issues as well between downtime and combat. Combat was MUCH better than the first game, but sometimes I felt gimped with the stealth and had to rely on environmental kills.

If you haven't played this yet, I would highly recommend. I don't wanna get flamed but I thought the first game was mid and had to push myself to finish it. Requiem made me want to keep going.
