I'm back at X3 after not playing for about 6 years. I had forgotten how nice the game looks or maybe it's that I have decent computer now compared to when Albion Prelude came out.

Welcome back! X3 has aged well in the graphics department. If you are interested I actually have a mod pack to help a bit more with that specifically and adds a capital ship dock to complex hubs: [MOD][TC][AP] - Vanilla Enhancement modpack - Vanilla Friendly!

The x-games used to be ahead of their time with graphics, and we seen little advancement on the gpu side. So I think thats why those games still look pretty good nowadays.

ps. Sinxar nice mod,. you were able to add the new hub without the *modified* tag? I guess as you didnt change any signed files?

Yup! Since its just a model change it doensn't flag it as modified.
