This page here: HR 783 >> Stiles Ring is informing there is outfitting for an imperial clipper in this outpost, but the clipper is a large vessel and requires a large landing pad to land.

hmm.. that is very strange. I guess those items are there, but as you said unable to be purchased. It seems you could even get armour for a type 9 there too, if you could land a large ship there. I guess I could put some rules to hide that data, but seems valid?
