PCNC's article writer, Stephen Cheng is still going strong. He's completed yet another essay, A Soviet holocaust.

Here's the intro:

To say the least, and to be blunt, the human rights record of the Soviet Union was dismal. In both the actual and Command & Conquer timelines, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics was notorious for its state-mandated tortures and executions. The gulag, the concentration camp system in Siberia, provided a telling example as to the extent of Soviet human rights violations. It has been a symbol of suffering due to the actions of the Soviet government, especially under the rule of Joseph Stalin.

I have no idea how Stephen manages to keep quality in his articles, but he does! Surf to PlanetCNC and read this one as well!
