The Lion has finished transferring files to a new server and has put Raden back online at the standard URL. Here's what Lion had to say:

As you can see RADEN is in business once again. I am accepting your maps, missions, war stories, wallpapers, and any other goodies you may have laying around for Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge.

All downloads and pages are online...if you should encounter a dead link let me know...
