Malc Of CnCMatrix Has asked Delphi when the Generals Boards will open, exactly, and he got an answer :

Malc: Are you giving a day or a week in which the Generals forums will go live?

Delphi-WS: Yes I will make my annoucement tomorrow. =)

This was yesterday so that means the announcement will be today, stay tuned!
