Gamespy calls up conversations!!

There are whole conversations going around Gamespy, so Delphi cleared up things:
Hello! Knock Knock! How many of you remember Yuri`s Revenge or RA2, heck even TS online? They all had the cool intergrated online interface you could chat with people and make games.
Generals will have all that and more intergrated into the game. The only differnece is it`s "powered" by GameSpy not WOL.
What does "powered" mean? GameSpy runs all the backend (behind the scenes stuff you don`t see) to match players together. What you will see is a killer interface (intergrated into the game just like RA2, Yuri, and TS) to chat with people and make games.
Does that make sense? There will be no GameSpy Arcade (a secondary program) to play Generals.
After that someone asked if Gamespy did ALL things, once again, Delphi jumps in:
The "front end" is in our control.
So that means that EAP takes care of the design, and Gamespy only runs the servers and the ladder, I kinda expected this because EAP still wants to implement that balance system, and that you won`t need to pay, won`t get any pop-ups, won`t need to download Gamespy arcade, so that means it`s just the same looking, but with Proffesionals at game servers, that could only be better than WOL!
