Delphi is just answering too much Questions, I almost can't keep up, but I will :

CnC Weathered has interviewed Delphi, here is one of the many questions...

>Ussra2: 1. Do you plan on putting any webmasters of the community automatically in the " Multiplayer Test "?

Delphi - Sites have already been selected with the webmaster being notified shortly.

So, soon we will know wich community webmasters will be in.....

For the rest, you should check out CnC Weathered!!

Second we got the awesome Generals site from my good friend Rocketerz, namely Generals Factory.
One of their staff members, Aprime-GS, asked Delphi some questions about the multiplayer colors:

Aprime1-GS: What will be the available colors in the multiplayer mode?

Delphi-EA: So far we have Gold, blue, green, red, orange, sky blue, purple, and pink for the player who forgets to select his color before the game starts.

You will be punished for not choosing a color!

Then some other guy asked Delphi at the boards, concerning the selection of board members for the test:

genesisyy: Does anyone know how long after the 24 hour sign-up before it is announced who the lucky 3,000 are?

Delphi-EA: The lucky 3000 will be notfied via e-mail. I will post the lucky winners from our message boards a day before registration.[about sign-ups]

For those of you saying "what!" We will be selecting board members at random on 10-9-2002. Those lucky few will be granted access to the multiplayer test and have their names posted up on the board 1 day before registration.

And we are not done yet!!

Dark_Desolator: How will modders' custom unit model/skin fit into game? Will you 'invent' another format or use something common and accessable? (3ds max files). Will these be packaged into the map file itself (like a mix file with map and mod stuff inside). Or will they be put in a directory somewhere?

Delphi: The team is not sure how or if they want to address custom modeling yet. They are looking into Gmax.

Dark_Desolator: How are your model/skin go into game? Yes you do know since you have beta version alreay!

Delphi: Same answer as above.

Dark_Desolator: Will modders be able to add custom music (presumably mp3 files) to game, then call them up in map using triggers?

Delphi: Yes.

Dark_Desolator: AI editing? Hopefully this is not needed, but looking at the preceding games...

Delphi: You'll be able to access the ini files and alter units to your liking.

Dark_Desolator: Mappers import custom texture into map? Can this be done? YES YOU DO KNOW!

Delphi: That's the plan, could change though.

Whoo, that was some info about mod support

Then, coming to an end of this news post, we got Transnote, from Renegade Generals He asked Delphi some quick questions, and here it is:

Transnote: Will plays be able to steal techology from opponents?

Delphi: Not unless you steal a building.

Thanks goes to Transnote for this one question!

Finally, I'm done
