That's right, later today there will be a chat with Harvard, Delphi mailed me the reminder:

Hey guys,

Tomorrow December 12th at 4:30 P.M. PST, the GameSpy team will be hosting a GameSpy Arcade chat featuring producer Harvard Bonin. This will be the perfect time to get all those questions lingering in the back of your mind answered and receive the latest status report for the ongoing Generals MP Test.

As an added bonus, ten multiplayer slots will be handed out at random throughout the chat. These lucky winners will be able to participate in the multiplayer madness for the remainder of the test period.

To participate in the chat, simply download GameSpy Arcade and login around 4:15 P.M PST.
