Yet again there is a balance fix posted by Shanahan:
1/04
* Rebel machine gun range increased from 80 to 100 to keep him in line with other basic infantry.
* Missile Defender health improved to bring him line with RPG Trooper and Tank Hunter.
* Elite and Heroic units no longer heal while under fire, but they heal 5 times as fast when not being fired upon.
* Guard range is now almost twice the weapon range of a unit for most units. Artillery and aircraft have a guard range about 1.5 times weapon range.
* Troop Crawlers shroud clearing increased from 300 to 400.
* Ambulance now cleans up toxins a lot faster.

* GLA Cash Bounty reduced in value from 10% - 20% - 30% to 5% - 10% - 20%
* Marauder has +30 points of health, allowing him to survive one additional tank shot. Its not much, but maybe it will help him out a little.
* China Cluster Mines are now a level 3 power.
* Nuke Launcher is now a level 1 power.
