I'm running out of titles for these Balance Updates!

01/07/2003

* Radar Van Scan upgrade cost reduced from $1500 to $500.

* Missile Defender can use his laser guided missile attack whenever he wants.

* Missile Defender laser guided missile attack now doubles his rate of fire.

* Missile Defender laser guided missile attack now locks on in 1 second instead of 3.

* Overlord cost increased from $1800 to $2000.

* Angry Mobs do twice as much damage, again.

* Angry Mobs move faster.

* SCUD Storm Anthrax does more damage.

* SCUD Storm Anthrax Beta values have returned to something closer to what they were several days ago.

* SCUD Storm does more splash damage with its missiles. This allows it to reliably kill a War Factory in its target area.

* Overlord Tank Damage down from 100 to 80 per shot.

* Overlord Gattling Upgrade now costs $1200 instead of $1000. This puts it in line with the cost of a Gattling Cannon.

* Depleted Uranium Shells now cost $2500 instead of $2000.
