IGN recently put up a story with their hands-on Generals playtime, here?s a short piece of the? 2 paged story, this piece made me laugh?..

After the preliminaries, I was left to my own to dive in to the game's single player campaigns. Many of the missions are of the standard base assault variety but more than a few task the player to achieve a much more narrow goal. One GLA mission, for instance, places the player at the head of a large unruly mob. The mob's goal is to earn $40,000 by destroying and looting various buildings in the city. In all, it's a nice change of pace from the "kill the bastards" approach that most RTS games favor.

At first I thought this guy was joking! Then I read further and I?ll just assume he?s right...That?s some funny mission objective! For the rest of this hand-on Generals coverage, head over here
