Harvard won't stop updating
Dear C&C Generals players,
We're going to try something a little differently this time and let you know what the changes are BEFORE we release the patch.
While there are going to be disagreements we're looking for general trend data. It won't please everyone but that's not the point.
Here they are so far:
- Bug fixed in MiG damage code where upgraded napalm did too much damage to anti-air units.
- GLA Bomb truck health up from 220 to 250.
- Worker health up from 100 to 140.
- Tunnel Network gun damage increased from 10 per shot to 15 per shot.
- Overlord build time increased from 20 to 25 seconds.
- USA Barracks now only create 2 Rangers when destroyed.
- Scorpion Tank now builds in 10 seconds instead of 14.
- Tunnel Network Build Time improved from 20 seconds to 15 seconds. (That means its realtime 30 game seconds, 15 as a value in the ini files)

Looks like they are now giving the players a chance to have an opinion about the balance!
