Harvard posted a message out to the cheaters and the disconnectors(Those who do it on purpose, not those who are the victims of something) and it wasn't a very nice message as you can read below:

Dear C&C Generals players,

Just a note from the team in case you were wondering about the official position on the topic...

Disconnectors and players that cheat in any form are losers. End of story.

I don't think we've ever posted an opinion on this and we continue to tweak loopholes but -either way - go play another game - PLEASE!

We don't like you and don't want you. Get a refund, burn the game... whatever...just go away.
