Hi Guys,

I know that you guys are getting frustrated about the patch and believe me I feel your frustration as well. So I wanted to take a minute to talk to you all in an attempt to let you know that you ARE being listened to.

I know you guys get frustrated when you see me post about other topics than the patch. The natural reaction is to think, stop with the contests, off topic posts, pictures, etc., and give us the patch.

Please be aware that the things I do don?t delay or hold up the patch in any way. I?m just trying to interact with you and let you know that someone is here and listening. I do daily reports and weekly reports like clock work. I comb the boards compiling your suggestions and comments and let management know what your concerns are.

I?ve spent a great deal of time compiling all your suggestions from the Hot Key, MiG, Battle Honor and Balance posts and forward them to the development team. I categorize them letting the team know which suggestions or comments are submitted the most so they know what your top concerns are. If a top issue isn?t addressed then I repeat it over and over in my reports until someone acknowledges it. This goes for technical issues as well.

I agree with much of what you guys are saying. I don?t deny that things could be better and I?m confident that eventually they will be. All I can do is continue to listen and report your concerns and try to have a little fun with you along the way. So thanks for hanging in there and I?ll continue to do the best I can on my end for the community.
