Don't worry about you missing the contest, you would have missed it anyway as this contest was only eligible to US residents, with some exceptions. The contest was about making your own Generals Single Player mission and the closing date for submissions was the eleventh.

Hi Guys,

Well, for those who are interested the Official C&C Generals Single Player Mission Contest #1 has reached it's submission deadline as of yesterday (6/11/03). We are currently going through the submissions and will be selecting the top three winners on or about July 9th, 2003. We will post a list of the top three winners on or about July 11th, 2003 at www.generals.ea.com. I?ll also put up a post with the list of winners on the message boards.

I wanted to thank everyone who participated in the contest for their submissions. Building a coherent single player mission for Generals is no easy task and you can see that a lot of work went into the submissions.

Once the winners have been announced and notified we will make the winning submissions available for download so you can enjoy them as well.
