No Renegade 2

i know its a little old piece of information, but i thought ill post it for thoses who missed it. There was rumors of a sequal to Renegade "Renegade 2" which suposed to be very detailed, much better gameplay, code etc. However Westwood official, Greg Hjelstrom, had to say on the Renegade Public Forums:

"Just to end the speculation, we were working on a sequel to Renegade, which was situated in the RA universe and focused mostly on multiplay but it has indeed been cancelled."
