New alpha channels tutorial for skinners

Thanks to Snipe0187, he has sent to me a little tutorial on how to make skins with alpha channels. Skins with alpha channels are one which is partially invisible such as reticle's. The tutorial is here to view.

On another note, Snipe0187 will be joining us soon, so he be looking after skin things for now (there might be 2 skin uploaders on here soon). Snipe0187 will have his own skin section which is a little empty at the moment but ill bet it will be filled quickly hehehe
