10 Renegade new skins added

Okay...from now on, skins will not be uploaded (by me anyway)if they fail to meet the following criteria: they must be zipped and they must include a JPG screenshot (800x600)--no TGA's!? (a 800x600 TGA is about 1400 kb, where a JPG is about 65 KB).? The last batch of skins caused me to exceed my mailbox space.? Also, if you do not include a readme.txt, one will be made for you, but it will have the bare minimum: Name, author, installation)

Okay, now that I'm done lecturing, I have 9 skins today: 8 by Rjg007 and 1 by Tooncy. And yes, I'm aware the title says "10 new skins..." --technical difficulties.
