4 new skins today. 

Instead of, for example, submiting Matrix_Effect_red.zip Matrix_Effect_Blue.zip and Matrix_Effect_Silver.zip, just send one big skin pack.  I have started a list of people who did not comply with the requirments of submitting files (no picture, no readme etc).  Your first offence will just be a warning, after that your submission will NOT be uploaded.  Those with warnings will be notified via email.
